- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crawfish tails
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Stir in crawfish, crab, heavy cream, and spices; mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the seafood mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine to the seafood mixture.
