- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound beef sausage
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- This soup is best served fresh but can be refrigerated.
- You can adjust the thickness by adding more or less beef broth.
