- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and spinach, cooking until shrimp are pink and spinach is wilted.
- In a bowl, combine cooked shrimp mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
- Substitute shrimp with crab or lobster for a different seafood option.
