- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sear the chicken breasts in olive oil until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seared chicken in a baking dish, pour the cream mixture over it, and top with crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the cream mixture for a few hours before cooking.
- Feel free to substitute regular bacon if desired.
