- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
