- 1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and mix well to combine.
- Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to enhance flavors.

- For extra crunch, add some chopped apples or nuts.
