- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and add the garlic powder and onion powder.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, macaroni, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
