Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from heat, chop into pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Drizzle with Italian dressing and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
