- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
