Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil water and add the baby potatoes. Cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the garlic.
  4. Add the shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the shrimp are pink.
