- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch with garlic powder and salt.
- Dredge shrimp in the cornstarch mixture until well coated.

- In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the sauce.
- Toss the baked shrimp in the sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
