- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey Sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot, garnished with lime wedges if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the amount of Sriracha.
- Leftovers can be added to salads for a quick lunch.
