- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
- Pour the mixture into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a serving plate.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown butter instead of regular melted butter.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
