Whipped Lemonade Recipe

  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought lemonade juice)
  • Whipped cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

  • Start by gathering all the ingredients. Ensure your ice is measured, and the lemon juice is ready to go. If using fresh lemons, squeeze them ahead of time to save a step later.

Step 2: Add Ingredients to Blender

  • In your blender, combine 1 cup of ice, 1 cup of condensed milk, 1 ½ cups of heavy cream, and ½ cup of lemon juice.

Step 3: Blend the Mixture

  • Blend the mixture on high speed for approximately 30 seconds. The goal is to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. The ice should be fully crushed, and the mixture should be thick and frothy.

Step 4: Pour into Glasses

  • Once blended, pour the whipped lemonade into glasses immediately to retain its fluffy, creamy texture.

Step 5: Top with Whipped Cream (Optional)

  • If you’re looking for an extra treat, top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream. This adds a creamy finish to your drink.

Step 6: Garnish with Lemon Slices

  • Garnish the glasses with a slice of lemon on the rim or float one inside the drink for a decorative touch.
