Description

This Watermelon Margarita recipe transforms the classic tequila cocktail by adding a fresh, fruity sweetness from watermelon, a zing of lime juice, and a spicy Tajin touch.   • 2 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz tequila (100% agave, silver preferred)
  • 1 oz triple sec (Cointreau or Grand Marnier as alternatives)
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Lime for garnish
  • Tajin for rimming

Instructions

  1. Place watermelon juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
  2. Rim glasses with lime and dip in Tajin.
  3. Pour the margarita into glasses, garnish with a lime slice.
