- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook the chicken strips until browned (6-8 minutes), then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the cooked pasta to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
