- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the Swirl:
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade

- Whipped cream
- Fresh pineapple slices

Instructions
- For the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- For the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add sour cream, pineapple juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined and smooth.
- For the Swirl:
- Mash pineapple chunks in a small bowl.
- Microwave orange marmalade for 30 seconds in another small bowl until softened.
- Assembly:
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust.
- Dollop half of the mashed pineapple over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Repeat with remaining batter and orange marmalade, swirling again to create a marbled effect.
- Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door cracked open for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For Serving:
- Remove sides of the springform pan and transfer cheesecake to a serving plate.
- Top with whipped cream, fresh pineapple slices, and orange slices if desired.
