- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat dry the cod fillets with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of each cod fillet with melted butter.
- Dredge each fillet in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.
- Place the coated cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
