Description
This copycat Olive Garden salad dressing is a creamy, tangy, and flavorful dressing that pairs perfectly with a fresh salad. It’s easy to make with simple ingredients and can also be used as a marinade.

 - 3/4 cup olive oil
 - 1/3 cup white vinegar
 - 1/4 cup water
 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 - 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - Cracked black pepper, to taste
 - Optional: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: Whisk together the Italian dressing mix, olive oil, white vinegar, water, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 - Blend: For a smoother consistency, use a blender to emulsify the ingredients better.
 - Rest: Refrigerate the dressing for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
 - Store: Store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator. Shake well before each use.
