Instructions
- Preheat and Prep:

- Press mixture into the bottom of the pan.

- Mix in lemon juice, lime juice, lemon zest, and lime zest until fully incorporated.
- Fold in chopped pistachios and cherries.

- Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set and the edges are slightly golden.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open.
- Chill and Serve:
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, whole cherries, and chopped pistachios.
