  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the Salmon: Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the Glaze: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice, and cook for another minute until combined and slightly thickened.
  3. Cook the Salmon: Add salmon pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until salmon is opaque and flakes with a fork.
  4. Glaze the Salmon: Spoon the glaze over the salmon, coating each piece well.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove salmon from heat, garnish with parsley and sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.

  • Variations: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick, or a teaspoon of grated ginger for a warm flavor twist.
