Instructions
- Wash the oranges thoroughly, then grate the zest and squeeze the juice.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, nutmeg, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Transfer the marmalade to sterilized jars and seal tightly. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating.
