Description

Crispy wonton bites filled with a creamy strawberry cheesecake mixture, fried to golden perfection and coated in cinnamon sugar. A perfect dessert or party snack with a delightful crunch and sweet filling.

  • Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
    • ¼ cup granulated sugar
    • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries.
  2. Assemble the Wontons: Place 1 teaspoon of filling onto a wonton wrapper, moisten edges, and seal tightly into a triangle or pouch.
  3. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C), fry wontons 1-2 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Coat: Toss warm wontons in cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Serve: Serve warm with strawberry jam or whipped cream for dipping.
