Description

This Crock Pot Mississippi Pork Chops recipe combines tender pork chops with the zesty flavors of ranch and au jus seasonings, pepperoncini peppers, and rich butter, all slow-cooked to perfection. Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet of au jus seasoning
  • 1012 pepperoncini peppers
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini pepper juice (optional)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced into pats

Instructions

  1. If desired, sear pork chops in a skillet over medium-high heat for added flavor.
  2. Place pork chops in the crock pot.
  3. Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasonings over the chops.
  4. Add pepperoncini peppers and juice around the pork chops.
  5. Place butter slices on top of the chops.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until pork chops are tender.
  7. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite sides.

Notes

For a spicier dish, include additional pepperoncini peppers. The recipe can also be adapted to use bone-in pork chops; just adjust the cooking time accordingly.
