Instructions
- If desired, sear pork chops in a skillet over medium-high heat for added flavor.
- Place pork chops in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasonings over the chops.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and juice around the pork chops.
- Place butter slices on top of the chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until pork chops are tender.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite sides.
Notes
For a spicier dish, include additional pepperoncini peppers. The recipe can also be adapted to use bone-in pork chops; just adjust the cooking time accordingly.
