- 1 cup ditalini or elbow pasta
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and cook Italian sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté diced onion and garlic until softened.
- Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, basil, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Lower heat, add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until creamy.
- Return sausage to the pot and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
