- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups crushed Doritos
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix together the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast by slicing horizontally but not all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, then secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with crushed Doritos.
- Place the coated chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the toothpicks before serving and garnish with extra green onions if desired.
