- 1–2 pounds ground beef
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (to taste)
Instructions
- Boil Vegetables: Fill a large saucepan halfway with water and bring to a boil. Add chopped cabbage, diced onions, chopped celery, and stewed tomatoes. Reduce heat and let simmer.
- Cook Ground Beef: In a separate pan, cook ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Season and Combine: Stir in the Lipton Onion Soup Mix and any spices of choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika) into the simmering vegetables.
- Combine and Simmer: Add the cooked ground beef to the pot. Stir and let the soup simmer for a few more minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Let simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes before serving.
