Instructions

- Beat in eggs, one at a time, and add vanilla extract.

- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to prevent spreading if cookies bake too flat.
- To make these cookies chewier, increase brown sugar slightly and bake for a slightly shorter time.
