Description

This Chili Cheese Dip combines canned chili, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese into a creamy, spicy, and utterly addictive dip. It’s the perfect go-to for game days, parties, or as a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can chili with no beans
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together chili, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, and chili powder until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce to taste.
