- 250g egg noodles

- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice into thin strips.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, tossing to coat the noodles in the creamy sauce.
- Return the sliced chicken to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
