  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are quick and easy pizza-inspired snacks made with biscuit dough filled with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. These golden-brown bites are brushed with a seasoned garlic-butter mixture and served warm with marinara sauce for dipping, making them ideal for parties, snacks, or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (halal pepperoni, if needed)
  • Marinara or pizza sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Dough: Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
  • Assemble Pizza Bombs: Place mozzarella and pepperoni in the center of each dough circle. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
  • Add Seasoning: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush each dough ball with the mixture.
  • Bake: Place pizza bombs on the baking sheet, sealed side down. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve: Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute pepperoni with diced vegetables or additional cheese. To make ahead, assemble and refrigerate, then bake fresh when needed. Leftovers can be frozen and reheated for a quick snack.
