  • Ground beef
  • Onion, diced

  • Milk
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. Sauté diced onion until softened, then add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Return beef to the pot, add diced vegetables, and pour in beef broth. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. Whisk flour and milk in a separate bowl, then stir into the soup to thicken.
  5. Reduce heat, add cheddar cheese, and stir until melted.
  6. Season with smoked paprika (optional), salt, and pepper. Garnish and serve hot.
