Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat together 1 cup butter and granulated sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and spread with melted butter. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over butter.
- Roll the dough tightly, slice into cookies, and place on prepared sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool before drizzling with icing.
