Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp favorite chicken seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb pasta (penne, rotini, or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Season and grill the chicken until cooked through; set aside.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large pan, melt butter and cream cheese. Stir in garlic parmesan sauce and heavy cream.
  4. Chop grilled chicken and add to the sauce. Mix in the cooked pasta.
  5. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

For a spicier twist, add red pepper flakes. Can substitute cream cheese with heavy cream for a thinner sauce.
