Instructions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté sliced onions for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Toss in mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and tender.
  • Add bok choy stems and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in bok choy leaves and cook for another 3-5 minutes until wilted.
  • Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, ensuring vegetables are evenly coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper, garnish with sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.
