Description

Boat Dip is a quick and easy taco dip that has gone viral on TikTok. Perfect for summer poolside parties, this appetizer takes just 5 minutes to prepare and features bold Mexican flavors.


Ingredients

  • 24 ounces sour cream
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning (McCormick Organic Mix)
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)

Instructions

  1. Drain the Rotel tomatoes in a colander for a few minutes to remove the excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together all the ingredients:
    • 24 ounces sour cream
    • 1 packet Taco Seasoning (McCormick Organic Mix)
    • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
    • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of one hour or up to overnight for the best flavor.
  4. Serve with pork skins or chopped vegetables for a keto-friendly option. If you’re not keeping keto, try it with Frito Scoop corn chips or traditional tortilla chips.
