  • 4 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
