  • 8 slices of bacon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken tenders.
  • Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and browned.
  • Transfer the chicken tenders to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  • Remove toothpicks before serving.

  • For extra crispiness, broil the chicken tenders for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of the baking time.
