- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup caramel-flavoured vodka
- 2 packets unflavoured gelatin
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine apple cider, water, sugar, and cinnamon. Heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle the gelatin over the liquid, stirring constantly until completely dissolved.
- Add the caramel-flavoured vodka and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into silicone moulds or a small baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Once set, cut into bite-sized pieces if using a baking dish.
- Optional: Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- Use silicone moulds for easy removal.
- Ensure gelatin is fully dissolved to avoid lumps.
- Allow adequate chilling time for the shots to set properly.
